Leave Terminal Loop and get on I-275 East to I-71/I-75 North.  From I-71/I-75 Northbound from Kentucky, cross over bridge and stay on I-75 North.  Take I-75 North to Sharon Road Exit.  Turn left off of exit and head West on Sharon Rd.  for about 2 miles.  Then turn right on Springfield Pike.  Go about 1/4 mile and you will see the Maple Knoll Professional Building on your left.  Pull into the parking lot and go to the door on your far right as you are facing the building.
