Each of our project managers has 20 or more years of experience in project direction.  They will work with you to help decide on the best research plan and design screening criteria.  They will stay with you to make sure that research is conducted to your specifications.

Recruiters
We have 20+ telephone recruiters for fast turnaround of telephone interviewing, screening, and recall needs. Most of our recruiters have been with us for 15 years or more and all are professional and courteous.

Quantitative Staff
All of our field representatives are trained and qualified to conduct and implement your research project.  From your first phone call to the delivery of the data, our quantitative staff is experienced, professional, and ready to meet your objectives.

Qualitative Staff
When you do your qualitative research with us, you will be well taken care of by our staff.  Each project is assigned two hostesses who will meet or exceed your service expectations.
